3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

a) Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed exclusively for the creation and publication of an entry in the Baby Gallery. This includes:

• Child’s first name
• Date of birth
• Optional: Time of birth, weight, height, last name
• Photo of the child

Publication will only take place with the express consent of the data subject or their legal representative.

b) Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 4(5) of the DSG. You may revoke this consent at any time (see Section 6).

4. Retention and Deletion Periods

Entries in the Baby Gallery are automatically deleted after 3 years, unless otherwise agreed or the data subject revokes the entry beforehand.

5. Recipients of the Data

Your data is processed and stored exclusively on the servers of our hosting service provider. It is not disclosed to third parties unless:

• You have expressly consented to the disclosure.
• Disclosure is required by law.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

• Right of access: You may request information about the data we have stored at any time.
• Right to rectification: If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected.

7. Withdrawal of Consent and Deletion of a Baby Gallery Entry

You may withdraw your consent to the publication of the Baby Gallery entry at any time. To do so, simply send a written notice to datenschutz@babysmile24.ch. After you withdraw your consent, the entry will be deleted immediately.

Baby Smile Fotografie AG implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data it processes. All data is transmitted in encrypted form and stored on secure servers.
